Mia Dynamics Inc Warranty
Mia Dynamics USA is distributor of Mia Dynamics Inc. Mia Dynamics USA will act only as the agent of Mia Dynamics Inc.
Mia Dynamics USA does not take any responsibility for the warranty of any of the Mia Dynamics Inc. products.
For the unit and/or the individual battery to be under warranty, the owner must be registered and logged in our system. To register please go to www.miadynamcisusa.com or www.miadynamicsusa.com/login.
If the unit and/or individual battery are purchased online or customs orders, together or separately, the unit information, serial number will be entered automatically. The purchaser will have the option to change the name of the owner at no charge within five days of the order being placed. The new owner, to both the unit and battery, must be registered as a customer in our system as well even if they have not purchased from us or plan to purchase from us.
If the unit and/or individual battery are purchased from an authorized reseller and the unit picked up from the reseller location, the purchaser must register themselves in our system prior to the purchase at www.miadynamcisusa.com or www.miadynamicsusa.com/login. Once the customer is registered, the reseller must enter the information of the unit and/or the individual battery manually into our system at www.miadynamicsusa.com/resellerunitregistration. If the unit and/or the individual battery is being dropped shipped by Mia Dynamics USA to the purchaser on behalf of the reseller, the reseller must be sure that the purchaser is registered with Mia Dynamics USA and request the unit to be shipped. Once shipped by Mia Dynamics USA, the unit and/or individual battery information, serial number will be entered automatically. The purchaser will have the option to change the name of the owner at no charge within five days of the order being placed. The new owner must be registered as a customer in our system as well even if they have not purchased from us or plan to purchase from us.
If a unit and/or an individual battery is purchased as a guest where the guest wishes to remain anonymous, then the unit in total and/or the individual battery will not be under warranty from the time it is sold.
The warranty is valid only if properly registered and the owner gives Mia Dynamics Inc. the rights to monitor the usage history data of the unit and/or individual battery. If the owner disables usage history, then there will be no warranty on the unit and/or the individual battery from the time of purchase.
Warranty terms:
Warranty for non-electronic components will be valid for a period of 24 months from date of end users purchase or 15,000 miles.
Warranty for electronic components will be valid for a period of 12 months from date of end users purchase or 12,000 miles,
Warranty of the Mia Smart Battery will be valid only if stored and maintained in the proper conditions.
- 35ah60v series: 12 months
- 25ah60v series: 12 months

Exclusions to the warranty
Warranty does not include normal wear and tear (tires, grips, abrasive stickers, brakes, board, brake components, engine overload sensors, fuses, levers, front mask, fenders, Saddles or Chairs, light components, and all accessories. Please refer to your owner’s unit manual for all up to date information.
Damage from external trauma due to collision, or misuse, including extreme off-road use, water damage, negligent maintenance, or lack of, or exposure to extreme weather conditions will nullify the complete warrantee immediately.
Here are some examples of extreme weather conditions. Please note other conditions can be added as they come up. It is totally at Mia Dynamics USA discretion to add of remove exclusions.
Long-term exposure to the elements (leaving the unit in the rain/snow/scorching sun/in the vicinity of the ocean etc.… unused and unprotected over time. -The MIA4, just like any other vehicle will deteriorate if neglected in an exposed environment. Please refer to your owner’s unit manual for all up to date information.
Any blemish or imperfection that is cosmetic by nature and has no functional effect in the operation of the Mia, is not covered by warranty.
Competitive extreme sports, racing, and abusive usage cancels the warranty completely.
Repair of faulty components under warranty
Assuming that the unit is still under warranty and the usage history is clean, all warranty claims by the owner or an authorized service center on behalf of the owner, will have to be submitted to Mia Dynamics USA at www.miadynamicsusa.com/repairrequest with a video detailing the problem. The video must clearly show the part in issue with their serial markings if applicable. Mia Dynamics USA will forward all the information to Mia Dynamics Inc.
Only once Mia Dynamics Inc. approves the repair will the distributor, Mia Dynamics USA, ship the part to the approved authorized service center or owner, directly *free of charge. The part along with the shipping will be billed at the full retail value listed in the Mia Dynamics USA website. A credit will be issued only once the damaged part is received by Mia Dynamics USA within 15 calendar days. If the damaged part is not received in the time frame, a credit will not be issued, and the part no longer needs to be returned. Return shipping costs will be at the owner’s expense.
*Free of charge only applies to ground shipping with Mia Dynamics USA choice of carrier. Any special shipping request by the customer will be billed to the customer and/or authorized service center and will not be reimbursed by Mia Dynamics USA.
Mia Dynamics Inc reserves the right to use new and/or refurbished parts in their original manufactured colors to repair the units.
Mia Dynamics Inc and their distributors will not be responsible to duplicate customization done by them or by the owner themselves to any of the units or parts changed. Units and parts that need to be replaced will be in their original manufactured colors.
Transfer of Warranty
Change of ownership of the unit and/or battery is only available if the warranty is still valid.
The unit and/or battery warranty is valid only for one owner at a time.
For a unit the fee will be 49.00 USD.
For a battery the fee will be 19.00 USD.
For a change of ownership please login to www.miadynamicsusa.com/ownerchange . Mia Dynamics USA will forward all the information to Mia Dynamics Inc.
Parts and accessories
Except for batteries, parts and accessories purchased from Mia Dynamics USA website, or its authorized distributors, will have a warranty of 45 days from date of purchase.
All units, batteries, and parts sold by Mia Dynamics USA will all be brand new unless otherwise specified at time on purchase online and in writing on the invoice.
